This past Sunday, I went to a Third Day concert at the Nokia Theater in Times Square. Third Day is by far my favorite band. Towards the end of the concert, I was able to work my way through the crowd and get up very close to the stage to capture some fun pictures of the band. So here is my first attempt at capturing a great band live and in action!

Heya! I know this is a no-no to do for photographers - but you might want to try knocking your F-Stop down and lowering your shutter speed to 30-45th of a second. This creates the most awesome power of motion in your stage photographs - you can override your flash to fill the foreground while still getting rich color and motion out of the artist on stage. One problem I always had was guitars. Beware of the reflective nature of the guitarists or mic stands especially if you're shooting from a lower angle. Great shots Love!
these are wonderful!!! Third Day is the absolute fav of mine! What great color!! Great job!
